You don’t know how ill you are until you’ve started to feel it. When you’re self-poisoned, you’re sick for the first few days after you feel it, and then you start to feel better as the sickness dissipates.
This is exactly what happened to me. I tried to get off of painkillers as soon as I could, and I tried to keep any other meds I took away from the toilet. I never did get off of them, and when it came time to try to fight my pain, I was the worst person I knew. I was a horrible person. I was a terrible person. I was a bad person.

I say this as a man who has found the poison in his own food. I have recently gone through a period of severe food sensitivities where I am now allergic to most foods that I normally wouldnt eat because they were bad for me. This has included fish and shellfish, dairy, grains, and eggs. The only thing that remains is my fish oil, which I can’t get rid of.
This is no longer a problem, but it is still not healthy to go on a diet, especially when you dont know what it is that youre allergic to. When you are diagnosed with food sensitivities it only means that you have a tiny bit of food allergy in your body. I have been told by the allergist that my food allergies are very mild and that my symptoms will go away if I continue with my normal diet and do not eat anything with a similar allergy.
