The article discusses the many types of rhinoplasty surgery that can be done and talks about the many benefits of each procedure.
One of the things I learned is that a rhinoplasty is basically just an alteration to your nose. When I look at my own nose I see a huge, bulbous nostril with a rather large nostril gap between my nose and my lips. This is the reason why many people like me have a large nose. The other thing I learned (and I’m not saying this is an easy lesson to digest) is that your nose should be proportionately small.
I have a rhinoplasty and I totally understand the need to look at your nose in a way that makes sense to you. I have actually been working on a blog post about this for years, so I have a lot of information here. One of the things I think that I learned from the rhinoplasty surgery was that the surgeon should be talking to you and asking questions about your lifestyle and general health. He has to be able to see the whole picture.
The surgeon should be able to see how you look at the surgery you are about to have, and whether you are comfortable with the results. He has to be able to show you the surgical plan that he is going to lay out for you, and explain how things will happen. He has to also be able to show you if he thinks that you will like the results, and how he would like you to like them, and what kind of expectations he will have for your body.
While the surgery itself is a pretty standard thing, the expectation is that the surgeon won’t show up and tell you “you have a weird nose.” Instead, he will tell you what the surgery would look like when the scar tissue is gone. And he will show you how you will be able to breathe through the nose without a flap.
The surgeon will be showing you the same thing that we are. The only difference is the scar tissue.
Of course real rhinoplasty surgery isnt really as easy as just seeing what the surgeon will look like on a cut, but that’s the idea. You do not expect to see an operation that looks exactly like the one we are describing. And that is perfectly fine. The difference is the expectation. For someone with a normal nose you can expect to have a flap that looks like the one we are describing.
When you look at the real thing, you get the impression that the surgeon has a normal nose but that something is not quite right. And that something is a scar from a flap. You can be a bit disappointed because the surgeon is not the same person that you saw in the pictures you see in the advertisements. But the real thing is different.
