This one is about getting back to work after a long night of sleep. It’s also about the impact of a long nap on your body. The nap will help your body adapt to the changes that it’s going to be facing in the morning. But a long nap can actually have serious health consequences, so I’d say you should probably just take a nap every now and then.
I’ve seen and heard so many people say that they only take a few hours of sleep in a day, and then you’re too tired to do much besides get your clothes ironed, so it doesn’t matter. So I guess that’s probably right. You should probably just just take it easy and get a nap every now and then.

Because if you fall asleep and have a bad dream, then the next morning you wake up with a huge hangover.
