A good friend of mine, lou gehrig, has cancer and has been dealing with it for a number of years. There have been many changes in his life and in the disease, one of which is his ability to care for himself.
It’s now been almost a year, and lou gehrig has made it a point to eat and drink whenever possible, but it hasn’t been easy. He has been on a strict diet for about a month now. The diet has included a substantial amount of fresh fruit and vegetables and drinking large quantities of water.
It’s been rough.
He has been trying to eat more healthy foods, but the problem is that at the moment his body is being bombarded with high levels of radiation. If it wasn’t for the fact that he has a very high dose of vitamin D, he could have died many years ago.
Our dear friend lou gehrig is having trouble. A cancerous tumor is growing on his chest. The tumor is slowly eating away at him, and he has to be on an IV to survive. The good news is that his tumor seems to be growing in the right place. It’s just that the tumors are having to eat him at a much faster pace. Lou has a strong heart, a very strong immune system, and is very well prepared to fight a cancer.
In our opinion, Lou is a very lucky guy. He does have a chance of survival. But the good news is that he seems to be able to use his body’s various immune systems to fight the tumor. A little while ago when he was on his sickbed, he was in the hospital room for his surgery. Doctors were doing tests and talking to him. Lou was feeling good. He was talking and smiling.
Lou’s immune system was also working overtime recently, but it seems to have been a little too effective at the hands of his doctors. After a long surgery he is now in the ICU fighting off the cancer that is eating away at his body.
It seems like Lou is in a very bad spot. The disease is eating away at his body and his immune system is going through some sort of “tumor palliative care.” This disease is known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
According to the National Institute of Health, Lou Gehrigs disease is the most common form of traumatic brain injury in the world. It affects about 75,000 people a year and is one of the most devastating illnesses. It’s also the most common cause of death in the US and is the leading cause of death for people between the ages of 35 and 64.
Lou Gehrigs disease is caused by a degeneration of the brain and spinal cord called amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Once the spinal cord has been damaged and the muscles weakened by the disease, the person will slowly lose control of all of their muscles. This can result in paralysis, difficulty walking, and eventually death.
