We are all animals, or at least we try to be. We are a part of the ecosystem. We need to be conscious of this and try to incorporate into our lives what we can.
In a strange way it’s the other way around. We need to care for what we eat and drink and don’t consume at the same time. This kind of care helps us balance the needs of the system of which we are a part.
It helps us feel good about ourselves so that we don’t feel like a meat-eater, but in the end we are a part of the ecosystem and we are trying to ensure that we are a healthy part of it. Eating meat is good for you, too, but if you make a conscious effort to eat less animal products and increase your consumption of vegetables, fruits, and other foods that are high in vitamins, minerals, and fiber you can help the ecosystem and yourself.
We are a part of the ecosystem of our planet, of course we should eat meat. But we should do it in balance with all other systems on the planet, which are critical for our health and survival.
