It’s hard to believe that the financial services industry is so big. But it is. As the saying goes, “You can always find a job in finance.
That’s right, someone does this job. What we’re doing here is taking out some people’s old job and making it ours.
As it turns out, we’re not the only ones looking for a job in finance. Last week we were told that if we need to replace someone who lost his job we can apply for a job here at the company. We all know that the company has a lot of vacancies, and although we have been unable to fill any, we are still going to be making more than we have been in the past.
We had a little bit of a rough week last week as well. One of the employees who lost his job has been hired by our competitor. We are hoping to replace him with someone else here at the company when his job is up. Hopefully there are no big problems with the new employee.
We’re looking into other positions and we will post a job description when we get it.
The other good news is that we are also looking for several more full-time work-at-home positions for all of our employees. We currently have a few people who are working remotely and are currently applying for positions we are not currently hiring for.
Not sure how long we will continue this, but as of right now we’re hiring a few people to help out with a few of the projects we work on.
