I think that behavioral assessment is one of the most important ways to help you identify self-awareness (which is really the same thing as self-awareness).
Of course, there is a lot of research that indicates that behavioral assessment can’t be done without self-awareness. We have been using it to help us identify ourselves more fully. So, you can see why this may be a very important aspect of Self-Awareness.
It’s also important to think about what you can see, even on your own body. This may seem obvious but can be very challenging when you’re trying to identify who you are. People who are really self-aware are able to see themselves in the mirror. So, someone who is really self-aware will look at herself in the mirror and see herself.
So, is this self-awareness? How can someone with self-awareness look at herself in the mirror? I don’t think anyone has found an easy answer. In the study of one billion pages, it was found that when people were asked to look into a mirror and say what they thought about themselves, they were more accurate at identifying themselves when they were aware of what they were seeing.

When someone is in a situation where she sees herself, she might be self-aware of the situation (because she can see what her behavior is doing to her and what exactly she needs to change).
