But you might have a mission statement that says you are going to make the stock increase, or you might have a mission statement that says you are going to get more customers in the long run.

The mission statement is one of many ways to keep your company’s personality and brand consistent. Another form of consistency is to have a set of values that everyone has the same core values. This way, your company can be consistently described as an “American finance company.” If you have a mission statement, then you should be able to describe the company in a way that makes sense.
